1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Piano with Glenda website (“Site”) or booking lessons (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.
2. Lessons and Scheduling
All lessons are scheduled by mutual agreement between the student (or guardian) and Glenda. Lesson times, durations, and rates will be communicated and confirmed prior to the first session.
3. Payment
Payment is due according to the schedule agreed upon at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods will be communicated directly. Late payments may result in pausing future lessons until accounts are current.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect ongoing scheduling.
5. Code of Conduct
Students and guardians are expected to treat the instructor with respect and to maintain a positive learning environment. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of lessons.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and lesson materials, is the property of Piano with Glenda and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Piano with Glenda is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Site or Services. Lessons are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
